Our Program
Learn about our Development Program
Our comprehensive life skills programs for young adults are designed to empower individuals with essential skills, fostering independence and confidence for a fulfilling future. Spanning 18 to 30 months, depending on individual learning capabilities, our curriculum combines Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental ADL. Students master time management, basic cooking, grocery shopping, and money handling. They build social connections, navigate public transport confidently, and explore job opportunities aligned with their passions and potential. Through personalized guidance, we prepare students to thrive in everyday life and the workplace.
ADL AND IADL
What is ADL and IADL?
ADL, Activities of Daily Learning
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are basic self-care tasks necessary for independent living. These include personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding oneself
IADL, Instrumental Activities of Daily Learning
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) are more complex tasks that allow individuals to live independently within their community, such as managing finances, preparing meals, and navigating transportation.

Job Exploration
Through a combination of skills assessments, job shadowing, and interest-based activities, students have the opportunity to explore potential career paths in a structured and supportive environment. These experiences help them gain a deeper understanding of various industries, workplace expectations, and the types of roles that align with their unique abilities and interests. By engaging in skills assessments, students can identify their strengths and areas for growth, allowing them to make informed decisions about potential career directions. Job shadowing provides hands-on exposure to different work settings, enabling students to observe professionals in action and gain insight into daily responsibilities.
